About Dr. Wright

Dr. Marianna Wright is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with special interests in treating thyroid imbalances, autoimmune conditions, and pediatrics. During her internships, she trained with experts in pediatrics, women’s health and mental health. Dr. Wright enjoys making use of the many different naturopathic modalities for healing, including: nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and counseling. In addition to providing long-term support for chronic conditions, she is also available for general wellness checks, PAPs and treating acute conditions, such as: UTIs, cold/flu,

infections, rashes, injuries, etc.

Dr. Wright obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry at Berry College, which provided her with a foundation for her career in medicine. She completed her Doctorate of Naturopathy at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, known to be one of the leading accredited schools for naturopathic medicine in North America. During her first year of medical school, she traveled to Thailand to spend the summer carrying out a medical internship at the hospitals in Chiang Mai. Throughout her schooling, she completed several preceptorships, gaining exposure to the diversity that exists within the alternative healthcare community and an opportunity to refine her own beliefs in the art of practice. Dr. Wright completed a year-long internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, a semester at the Sherbourne HIV Clinic and was also invited to work alongside

Dr. Nana Jokura for an externship at Accept Wellness.

In her free time, Dr. Wright enjoys going for jogs or hikes with her dog, paddle boarding on Lake Whatcom, playing strategy board games with friends, listening to podcasts and trying new recipes in the kitchen while singing along to the radio. For relaxation, she enjoys meditation, yoga, going for massages and curling up on the couch with a cup of hot tea and a good novel.
